STLINK V3 MINIE

SKU:CAN+V1-NS

The CAN Node+ lets you put demanding applications on the DroneCAN bus using
Arduino DroneCAN. It pairs a fast STM32H7 processor with two fully independent CAN FD interfaces. Pixhawk and Cube compatible JST-GH connectors make it easy to integrate CAN Node+ on your platform.

Why You'll Love It

Two independent CAN FD interfaces let you bridge buses or wire one node onto two buses for redundancy. Either connector can power the whole board, so it stays up when a bus doesn't. And with Arduino DroneCAN you write a normal Arduino sketch and get DroneCAN messaging, parameters and firmware update over CAN with minimal boilerplate code.

We recommend buying this with an STLINK V3 MINIE. Without a debugger, developing custom applications is much harder and more time consuming.

Two Buses, One Node

Two Buses, One Node

Two entirely separate CAN FD interfaces, each with its own transceiver, connector and termination not two connectors on one bus. Bridge a peripheral bus to your main bus, isolate a noisy device from your autopilot, or run redundant CAN to a single node.

Built to Stay on the Bus

Built to Stay on the Bus

Either CAN connector can power the whole board, and a fault on one input can't drag down the other bus or your flight controller. Peripheral power is protected separately too, so a shorted sensor won't take the node off CAN and you can power cycle a hung sensor from firmware without power cycling the vehicle.
